Dr. Kinzer brings a wealth of experience in dental education to his new role. He previously taught alongside Dr. Frank Spear at the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education and has been a resident faculty member at Spear. Dr. Kinzer holds a DDS degree from the University of Washington, as well as an MSD and certificate in prosthodontics. His expertise and reputation as a dental educator both nationally and internationally make him an invaluable asset to Spear Education.
Dr. Ratcliff, who previously served as the executive vice president of business development for Spear Education, has been a member of the resident faculty since 2009. With 41 years of experience in general dentistry practice, he has focused on comprehensive adult restorative care for the past 25 years. Dr. Ratcliff has also delivered lectures worldwide on various dental topics, further contributing to his wealth of knowledge and expertise.
